Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing day-to-day PC support, handling user's request, coordinating and arranging technical support service activities
- Responsible for supporting laptop hardware/software and peripheral devices
- Assist in IT Projects / Administrative Works / Deskside Support
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in installation, configuration and maintenance of MS Windows and PC LAN/Laptop support.
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft platform Windows 10, Office 2016, Windows Server
- Administration experience in Network / Microsoft Active Directory
- DSE or above with major in Information Technology or Computer related disciplines
- Holder of CCNA or MCSE/MCITP a definite advantage
