Job Description
Job Duties:
- Provide daily IT helpdesk and end user support
- Provide support in Windows, mobile device and hardware/software maintenance
- Provide basic network support
- Assist in managing hardware and software inventory items
Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in IT support
- Experience in supporting Windows and MS Office (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
- Experience in supporting email or mobile (iPhone, Android phone) is highly advantage
