Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries, conduct maintenance case study and provide feasible solutions
• Ensure user satisfaction by providing technical support, troubleshooting and problem resolution services
• Provide first level customer service to corporate clients via telephone and emails
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
• Responsible for other ad hoc/special assignments or project

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Basic IT knowledge and experience in customer service is preferable
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Pro-active, efficient, well-organized, team-oriented, and able to work independently
• Fresh graduates will be considered
• Immediately available is preferred
