Job Description

• Perform general clerical duties, handling incoming calls, etc;
• Process and follow-up payments for the computing procurement;
• Maintain accurate records in database;
• Prepare reports and presentation materials for management;
• Assist in ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned.

• Diploma holder or above in any disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Strong computer literacy, well versed in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multi-dimensional tasks.
