System Analysis:

• Perform system analysis and maintain the ERP and POS systems
• Study and understand users’ requirements, identify and bridge gaps with stakeholders
• Work closely with departments for system integration to fulfil their business needed

IT Support:

• Support business users on desktop and infrastructure related issues
• Oversee and maintain the quality and efficiency of the IT infrastructure and facilities both in office and retail shops, including email system and network, mobile devices, video conferencing and audio-visual equipment.
• Manage and maintain updated IT assets registry for hardware inventory and software licenses
• Provide application support & troubleshooting in IT infrastructure and facilities, maintain system backup and recovery, review system problems, use active directory to setup/change user accounts and data patching
• Assist in regulatory reporting and review IT security for business expansion and continuity planning

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in IT, MIS or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-year working experience, in which 1-year experience in project management in retail field is preferred
• Familiar with ERP and POS System in retail industry
• Sound knowledge in SAP will be an advantage
• Good knowledge in IT infrastructure technologies
• Detail oriented, service minded, patient and good interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Immediate available is preferred
