- Handle general enquiries from clients, internal departments & other stakeholders
- Provide high-quality service to achieve and uplift customer satisfaction and establish long-term business relationship
- Quality assurance of end product and committed delivery to ensure customer expectation is met
- Provide user training at different levels & ongoing client support
- Occasion overseas travelling may be required
Job Requirement
- Higher Diploma or above in Business, Tourism, IT or Computer related subjects
- Good customer service mindset and attitude to follow through and respond to problems/requests proactively and effectively
- Self-motivated, attentive to details and independent
- With good interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in the Travel or IT Industry would be an advantage
- Knowledge of client/server/web development methodologies and relational databases is an added-value
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
