Role Purpose:

We are looking for a Data Science Intern to work with our Data Science team on on-going projects, to develop scalable and maintainable data-driven solutions. The opportunity is offered to existing students in quantitative related studies, who can spend 2-3 days per week with us. To make the most out of this internship, the selected candidate will be mentored by our seasoned data scientists and experience the end-to-end AI development cycle.

A typical day in this Role: 

• Performing analyses on large sets of data to support various big data projects
• Evaluating machine learning models and communicating data-driven insights and recommendations to key collaborators.
• Work closely with a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers to develop data science solutions.
• Internship period: 2-3 days per week till the end of the year.

 This job is a good fit for You if:  

• You are hungry for knowledge and would like to learn from our seasoned data scientists.
• You would like to have practical working exp. in a data driven working environment.

 Success will depend on:  

• Undergraduate or master’s student in quantitative related subjects e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Physics etc.
• With experience with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
• Proficient in programming languages like Python, SQL and/ or PySpark.
• Self-motivated, adaptable in a fast-paced environment and with a strong sense of ownership.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytics mindset and business sense.
