Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage core tech stack of different digital products and technologies for Jardine Restaurant Group, leading the development of digital applications, roadmap, associated budget & investments to cope with market trend and business needs
• Drive digital transformation, digital adoption, agility and value realization of technologies deployed across the group, ensuring a data driven way of working
• Manage tech stack and solution lifecycle to ensure integrated and up-to-date solutions which provide reliable and user friendly digital products for customers and/or coworkers
• Leading a technology tribe, facilitating innovation and transformation, whilst ensuring documentation and sharing of best practices in the organization
• Act as a business partner and coordinate with different departments to develop solutions and business processes to cater for needs and priorities
• Provide advice and input into Jardine Restaurant Group’s overall digital strategy, digital investments, and transformation roadmap
• Lead team of project managers, product managers, architects and analysts to deliver on a program of agreed digital projects
• Balance internal resources, vendor pool, and external partnerships to ensure timely and cost effective delivery of digital solutions and services to end users
• Stay up to date with the industry requirements, best practices, protocols, and latest technologies
• Ensure compliance with relevant policy, procedures, company guidelines and industry regulation
• Develop the next generation of digital savvy business leaders and business savvy digital leaders

Education / Professional Qualifications:

• Degree or above in Computer Engineering or equivalent; PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable
• Professional qualifications related to digital applications / solutions & products development

Experiences & Skills:

• At least 10 years of overall business experience with 5+ years of project management experience on team lead/ managerial capacity
• Solid experiences in digital applications and product management with strong knowledge in security related technologies / solutions is highly desirable
• Technologically fluent especially in Data, Artificial Intelligence & Automation
• A business partner with strong strategic and business mindset, and stakeholder management 
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Self motivated, energetic, dynamic, able to work with various stakeholders on driving the project meeting within deadlines
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is required
