About the Job

You will be a member of the consultant team working cross-functionally to understand clients' architecture needs. You will own the entire architecture development process from inception to completion for mission critical projects using the latest technologies.  You will create overall technical vision to specific solution for a business problem, you will design, describe & manage the system architecture, and act as a trusted business/technical advisor to client:

• Providing architectural solutions to high-frequency, low-latency systems in compliance with corporate architecture.
• Working with business users to document requirements and prepare fitting architectural solutions corresponding to the requirements.
• Working closely with development managers to ensure system designs are aligned with architectural solutions and business needs
• Providing architectural solutions in testing and customer sales channel systems.
• Understands future customer, industry and information technology trends. Applies this understanding to develop robust solutions and to identify opportunities for future business.
• Be a trusted business & technical advisor to clients and solve complex challenges, establish credibility & build deep relationships within clients’ organization
• Work closely with peers covering integration solutions.

Required Skills for the Role:

• a Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development and good exposure to solution architecture.
• possess strong technical knowledge in software design and architecture, have breadth across technology stacks with deep hands-on skills, and passionate about working with customers to help build applications at scale.
• Experience in designing solutions using appropriate platforms and system technologies.
• Experience with high transactional, mission-critical, and highly resilient systems is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of platforms such as C#, .NET, and Java.
• Good knowledge of OO Design, IPC, Database Design, and performance optimisation.
• Efficiency in problem determination and problem-solving.
• Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Creation and development of unique solution value propositions to match and exceed client expectation
• Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential.
