• Act as first line support for HR system related issues raised by APAC P&D Team
• Work with HRIS manager to manage different HR initiatives for process improvements, new HR solution/ integration, etc.
• Participate in gathering user requirement, solution design, E2E testing coordination, and documentation maintenance
• Cooperate with Global P&D IT to adopt or streamline global processes on HCM
• Provide support, training, and work with vendors and counterparts in various departments to resolve HR technical issues

• Degree holder in Computer Science or HR or related disciplines
• 2 - 3 years related working experience
• Workday experience or certification is a plus
• Demonstrated experience in supporting a large global HCM environment day to day operations
• Fluency in spoken Mandarin and English, and good written skills in English are essential. Skills in Japanese or Korean would be an advantage.
• Critical thinking and analytical abilities
• Must be a good team player, proactive, self-motivated, and able to multi-task
