Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage all aspects of project management from planning, internal team collaboration, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks, and other issues through the whole project lifecycle
• Support the development of a detailed project plan and work with stakeholders to gain buy-in and commitment
• Provide status reports regarding project status, deliverable, dependencies, risks and other issues from time and budget control perspectives
• Analyze project outcome & impact, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvement
• Develop key account plans through research and analysis of customers’ needs and support required
• Collect demand and feedback from industry partners and to provide such business insights to the team for future planning
• Support the team in developing business development strategies
• Maintain a high-level of knowledge base in technology development and business know-how
• Performing any other duties as assigned by the line manager

Requirements:

• University graduate or above in IT, Engineering, Science, Business, Economics, or related subject
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in project management that successfully leads projects within time, budget and with quality. Commencing position will be commensurate with qualifications, relevant experience and competencies
• Well equipped with wide technology knowledge such as AI, Robotics, data analytic, etc. will be a definite advantage
• Able to work independently, manage multi-task and work under pressure
• Self-motivated, organized and being a good team player
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required
