Responsibilities:

• Perform on-premise and on-cloud (AWS/Azure) Windows production system commissioning and hardening.
• Perform system administration (Windows and Linux support) such as system health-check, security patch management, incident and problem resolution, capacity planning, system performance tuning, and system configuration changes.
• Manage and maintain system services and follow up on windows vulnerabilities identified during vulnerability assessment reviews.
• Implement and maintain monitoring tools for on-premise and on cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
• systems for servers and databases, and provide monthly reporting to management.
• Perform annual disaster recovery (on Azure) planning exercise and follow up with DR procedure updates. Maintain documentation for audit purposes.
• Daily support for the operational tasks
• Manage, review, and maintain user accounts in various systems.
• Maintain documentation for audit purposes.
• Assist in book-selling activities.
• Manage hardware & software inventory and maintain up-to-dated inventory record
• Communicate with vendors for all IT related work such as facilities purchasing and repairing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience on PC, Windows server, networking, switch, firewall maintenance & troubleshooting.
• Experience in supporting Linux platform will be an advantage
• Experienced in PowerShell, WMI, remote administration, virtualization (Hyper-V), IIS, Nginx, Apache, MySQL.
• Familiar with general ticketing software such as Samanage.
• Knowledge in user management in Active Directory, Azure AD and Office365
• Knowledge in database management and backup operations
• Strong security focus.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
