• Participate on latest technology delivery, maintenance, and overall order fulfillment roadmap in various Order Management technologies
• Participate on complex design, architecture and implementation to achieve target state architecture roadmaps
• Partner closely with Corporate RL IT to develop best class solutions for the business and provide a best in the industry experience
• Identify recurring issues and work with Corporate RL IT to provide permanent solutions
• To promote regular dialogue within IT and the business to share knowledge and field experiences in order ensure continuous improvement of support and services through alignment with business directions and strategies

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• At least 1.5 years of experience on implementing or support of OMS solutions
• Basic understanding of retail and e-commerce order management process
• Demonstrate experience on ecommerce OMS product (e.g. IBM Sterling Order Management Software)
• Experience in designing and architecting solutions on OMS is a plus
• OMS certification is a plus
• Must be a good team player, proactive, self-motivated, and able to multi-task
• Effective communication and presentation skills in English
