Technical Manager (System Assurance)

Job Highlights

Responsibilities

• Participate in business development activities (including responses to RFP/I)
• Design & implement secure software development life cycle solutions based on various tools
• Define applications security architecture elements
• Assist Manager in determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality / testing procedures, standards and/or specifications
• Assist Manager on improving and maintaining secure development standards
• Work with other Development team members and contractors to review and improve overall quality of deliverables
• Prepare SIT / UAT test plan and manage test execution and documentation to ensure completeness and traceability

Requirements

• Degree Holder or above in IT or Computer Science with at least 7 years of relevant experience
• Deep understanding of Java, JavaScript and other system architectures such as Micro-services, DevOps
• Experience in DevOps, Kubernetes, test automation tools, CI/CD tools and information security
• Experience in Cloud development knowledge Experience with popular test management tools, such as JIRA
• Experience in both Agile and Waterfall development cycle
• Strong project management skills and able to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in Mandarin. Excellent writing and verbal communications skills in both English and Chinese are required
