• Establish and maintain a standard set of practices, processes and templates for managing projects consistently and efficiently to reduce project related risks
• Collect, consolidate and analyze program and project data to support effective decision making
• Enforce necessary control and governance throughout the whole project life cycle
• Reporting – provide executive visibility to project and program level status, issues, risks and costs
• Support Business Change Request process to manage the functional and portfolio pipeline
• Manage, monitor and report on departmental / program / project financials – budget, forecast, actual
• Take ownership of given tasks and deliver in highest quality

• Degree or above in Information Technology / Business Administration or related field
• At least 8-10 years of professional experience in PMO or project delivery
• Experience in waterfall and agile program / project management and delivery
• Demonstrated project financial management experience
• Able to work independently with stakeholders
• Good logical and analytical reasoning capabilities
• Team player, multi-tasking skills, can-do attitude and work under pressure with tight timeline
• Be flexible, show initiative and respond quickly when situations change
• PMP, Certified Scrum Master, ITIL knowledge an advantage
• Fluent in verbal and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
