Responsibilities

• Develop and follow through end-to-end testing processes for new and existing products, from planning testing activities to monitoring debugging process results
• Work with internal teams, e.g. developers and product owner, to identify system requirements and provide timely feedback on specifications and technical design
• Create comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases, and collaborate with stakeholders to exercise related testing activities, with proper documentations and records to closely monitor testing phrases and defects
• Design and execute automation scripts to ensure bugs tracking, and perform thorough regression testing until bugs fixed
• Investigate causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Computing, Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
• At least 2-year experience in software quality assurance; Knowledge of SQL is a plus
• Well versed in software QA methodologies, tools and processes, such as test plans and test cases, automated testing tools, white box and black box testing
• Experience with performance and/or security testing will be an advantage
• Enjoy working in an independent manner, tackling problems and able to articulate complicated technical scenarios
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Quality Assurance Engineer
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
