Responsibilities:

• Support Service Operation Center (SOC) to monitor tool development and enhancement
• Handle In-house development tools of network / service monitoring
• Support Windows or Linux server administration work
• Support IP network platforms, such as troubleshooting, daily routine health check or monitoring
• Provide technical support in IP networking
• Coding for SOC monitoring tools enhancement and new created functions

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in telecommunication industry or service provider 
• Knowledge in Window and Linux Operating System 
• Knowledge in Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server Database, InfluxDB etc 
• Knowledge in application of Docker (k8s), Grafana, ELK etc
  
• Proficient in programming language such as Unix script, Perl, PHP, Go, Python 
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
