A career in Information Technology, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support our core business functions by deploying applications that enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients. You’ll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

Our Business Analysis - Practice Support team oversees Information Technology project lifecycles to help align our Information Technology solutions with our business needs by identifying and addressing gaps. As a part of the team, you’ll help optimise opportunity cost, document the right requirements to create solutions that meet user needs, improve efficiency by reducing rework, and shortening project timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end business solutions in line with IT strategy
• Conduct comprehensive understanding, elicitation and analysis of user requirements to propose and design high quality end-to-end solutions, including changes to business processes, applications and technologies
• Provide technical expertise in the design, development and delivery of business solutions
• Work closely with and cultivate strong relationships with end users and across teams
• Work closely with external vendor to assess technical and operational requirements of business solutions

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline;
• Minimum 2 years working experience in business analyst role.
• Proven experience in translating data and other technical information into business language and have a meaningful consultation with business stakeholders and end-users
• Motivated self-starter who can think out of the box and displays strong initiative and drive. Have strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Good team player committed to the collective success of the organization
• Self-managing and able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken skills in Mandarin and English.
• Experience in SharePoint, RPA, Mobile applications, Agile Development Methodology would be an advantage
• Knowledge in .NET, MS SQL, html, xml, css and Web Services would be an advantage
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as a senior Business Analyst.
