1)    Sales Manager

           Jobs duty

• Responsible for the sales of cloud & IT solutions included Database, Analytic, Storage & Server to corporate customers in crossed sectors.
• Identify business opportunities and develop sales & marketing strategies to penetrate into the market in order to achieve sales target
• Client, Partner and Vendor engagement, development and close deals
• Demand generation & new customers, sectors development are required
• Provide sales enablement, professional consultation, product presentation and demo support
• Promote DC Digital Transformation Solution to vendors, partners and clients
• Provide feedback and marketing intelligence to vendor, partner/internal product team to ensure company’s products maintain competitiveness in the market
• Work with Presales and Product Marketing team to deliver and execute effective channel program

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
• Around 3-6 year of experience in IT/Cloud/DataBase sales and development functions targeting Commercial/Enterprise /system integrators
• Good track record in selling IT/Cloud/DataBase solutions and growing revenue
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Proficient in Chinese and English, both spoken and written
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

2     Solution Consultant (SAN storage)

              Primary Responsibilities

• Under the technical team to work with the distribution sales team, be the first point of contact for customers during the sales cycle around the solution design
• Support sale teams to drive infrastructure services business or opportunity, especially in Virtualization, SAN Storage, cloud and Backup solutions.
• Design and provide scoping professional services to fulfill customer's requirements.

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science / Information Technology
• 3 years relevant experience handling Pre-sale role
• Willing to learn new technologies and strong problem-solving skill
• Holder with Oracle, Enterprise Server, Storage, Backup Vender Certified is an advantage
• Good knowledge in any of the following areas is preferred

o   Storage knowledge on Oracle, IBM

o   Virtualization: Hyper-V, VMware, Citrix

o   Backup: Veeam, Commvault, Arcserve, Quantum

• A team player who is capable of handling challenges and self-motivated
• Good Communication skills; proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good vendors/carriers relationship and product management skill

 3.   Solution Consultant/Manager (Infrastructure)

       Duties & Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal and external parties on business solutions design (Mainly on infrastructure)
• Obtain requirement from customer IT/application staffs
• Provide IT solution and cost on both the existing client RFS (Request For Service) or new business
• Provide technical/commercial/general guidance to solution team member
• Involve in Technical Design Authority (TDA) activities to bring value to existing managed operations services such that to create more business opportunities for all clients
• Pre-sales support on IT solution

       Requirements:

• Degree or above in IT or any relevant disciplines
• Minimum 6 years' of relevant working experience, with 3 years' experience in IT consultant role is a must
• Familiar with IT solution technologies (e.g. Virtualization, SAN technology and etc)
• Solid experience in enterprise IT infrastructure (e.g. Windows, RedHat Linux, UNIX, AS400, hyper-v, VMware, SAN storage, Network)
• Solid experience to deal with clients, getting requirements from business users and/or senior IT management
• Solid experience to design Virtualization (VMware, hyper-v, Xen server) solution
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, independent, good presentation & negotiation skills and able to work under pressure
• Solid experience to response Government Tender is an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Solution Manager/Solution Designer

4)   Solution Manager (Applications)

 Job:

• Maximize company revenue through exploring business opportunities
• Lead a business discussion, influence client's decisions and establish/maintain a good relationship with clients
• Obtain and review client’s requirements and propose the best-fit solutions to fulfill client’s needs
• Act as a liaison between the IT and business community to make sure the proposed technology and solution could meet the tender requirements
• Work with external partners, internal departments, and line of business to formulate solution proposal
• Respond to RFI / RFP and responsible for the technical write-up, translation of functional and non-functional requirements into a solution design, and Scope of Work
• Responsible for the overall design and architecture of the tender proposal
• Prepare and conduct demonstration/presentation to clients and partners
• Work with the partners and internal teams on architectural design, solution planning, and feasibility study for an end-to-end solution proposal, including infrastructure, network, Cloud Computing Services, IoT Technology, application development, etc.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• A minimum of 10 years experience in application development with at least 5 years experience in the design and implementation of web-based application system(s) and/or mobile application(s)
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Android, JavaScript, JSP, CCS, HTML, XML, JSON, Oracle, Unix,  RESTful API
• Sound knowledge of open-sourced technologies and frameworks
• Pre-sales experience is an added advantage
• Good understanding of IT best practices and methodologies (e.g. Digital Imaging, PRINCE2, PMP, SSADM, RUP, Agile, etc) is an advantage

Qualifications:

• Able to track and report progress to management with Agile Management tools and methodology

•  Developing and expanding the company’s IP network and capability in Greater China region and Philippines.
•  Equipment Installation – To install and configure network equipment including routers, switches, VoIP gateways, multiplexers, echo cancellers, DC power systems and digital cross connects.
• Network Management – To monitor and troubleshoot networks using network management systems and tools.
• Service Installations – Install and commission circuits including voice, data, Ethernet and IPVPN services.
• Network Build – To install and maintain network equipment including; Cisco routers, VoIP gateways and switches, Nokia optical platform as well as Coriant DNXs.
• Administration Duties – To maintain records, network schematics and databases.

 Requirements

• University graduate with major in Engineering, Information Technology or closely related subject is preferred with 5+ years’ experience in support of a complex network infrastructure. 
• Cisco accreditation CCNP or higher is desired.
• Candidates must be knowledgeable of financial market networking platforms and supporting products, with good understanding of Voice and Data network architectures
• A thorough understanding of TCP/IP, RIP, OSPF, BGP, NAT, Access-Lists, route redistribution, 802.1x, Spanning-Tree, H.323, SIP, VOIP, QoS, DNS, DHCP, IP address management
• Hands-on experience in data communications equipment configuration and associated networking technologies e.g. Cisco routers, Voice over IP gateway and switches etc.
• Very strong analytical & problem-solving skills, including detailed network and packet capture analysis
• Experience in optical transmission and DWDM equipment.
• Familiarity with the ITIL change, incident and problem management systems & procedures
• Good communications skills. Must be able to communicate with all levels of in-house, third party vendors, and client users.
