For over 30 years, they are constantly innovating to stay ahead, and hence with the expansion happening in their HK team, my client is looking for an Senior Application System Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing new functionalities to existing firmware for performance improvement.
• In charge of configuration, investigation, and creating implanted firmware for systems administration, Wi-Fi/ Bluetooth, and IoT items.
• Preparing documentation, for test specification and report, quotation, and commissioning report.
• Work closely with other teams like the hardware team for the Hardware/Firmware testing and integration.
• Manage a short period of the deadline with competing demands.
• Responsible for providing help or support to the manufacturing team, sales team, and customers.

Requirements

• Degree or above in Information Technology / Computer Science or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in Linux and embedded firmware development especially in
• networking, Wi-Fi, IoT or LED Lighting products.
• Hands-on experience with C/C++
• Coordinated, organized and a cooperative person who is self-motivated and ready to work well in a quick moving environment.
• Have solid analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Profoundly wants to learn and understand new technologies.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
