Our client provides high technology systems on energy and automation with big data at all levels for all types of buildings in different industries to better utilize and manage customer’s building

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall coordination of ELV, BMS and Automation projects
• Manage projects can be completed timely, efficiently, safely and professionally
• Coordinate with all related parties (including clients, sales team, consultants, partners and contractors) to ensure smooth project delivery
• Attend project site meetings and conduct site surveys
• Conduct project testing & commissioning and make sure smooth delivery of projects to clients
• Onsite technical and maintenance support and troubleshooting for customers
• Testing and integrating products into different solutions
• Monitor project progress and work quality and report to Technical Manager
• Handle other designated tasks as required by the Company

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in ELV/ BMS/ Automation projects
• Candidates with more than 5-year experience will be considered as Senior Project Engineer
• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering (BMS) related disciplines with professional qualification preferable.
• Installation experience for system such as Modbus, BACnet, etc.
• Strong attention to detail, high flexibility, well-organized
• Good communication & coordination skills and strong sense of responsibility
• Strong problem solving & analytical ability
• Ability to work under pressure independently to meet multiple tasks and tight deadline
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Engineer position
• Immediate available is highly preferred
