Responsibilities: 

• Focus on business development (new and renewal business) and achieve budgeted target by providing sales support to intermediaries in bank channels.
• Provide best possible insurance proposals and quality assured services to our customers.
• Build and motivate good business relationship with local and mainland China customers;
• Develop and maintain good relationship with intermediaries in bank channels through regular visits to optimize business opportunities.
• Keep abreast to market development and assist the company to expand business in niche market.
• Exercise effective credit control on premium collection and account reconciliation.
• Assist Department Head to prepare marketing materials including but not limited to product fact sheets, brochures, leaflets, presentation materials, reports & web pages.
• Provide training, briefing and sales-related programs or activities to intermediaries in bank channels for selling our products.
• Need to deal with some mainland business including business development and communication with clients or/and insurers.

Requirements: 

• Diploma, Degree holder in marketing or business related discipline;
• Possess professional qualification in general insurance such as ACII or ANZIIF;
• Passed IIQE and qualify to practice according to regulatory requirements;
• Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin, excellent in written English and Chinese;
• Good command of computer knowledge and word processing skills;
• At least 1 year underwriting and marketing experience in general insurance;
• Mature, independent & able to work effectively;
• Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Candidates with broker background are welcome.
