Responsibilities:

• Handle enquiries regarding policy administration from clients, intermediaries, reinsurers, and inter-departments.
• Issue policies, endorsements, reinsurance closing (both direct and facultative inwards) and renewals.
• Undertake risk accumulation control (Fire/ Vessel Risk Blocking) in accordance with the prescribed retention limits.
• Manage and develop the team by knowledge transfer, coaching and motivation.
• Office administration support including ad hoc task to be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:  

• Minimum 5 years’ work experience in handling policy administration in general insurance industry of which at least 3 years at supervisory level; 
• An organized team player with excellent sense of responsibility;
• Good communication skills, work independently and able to work ahead of deadline;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in MS office, especially Excel and Chinese Word Processing.

Position and salary would be offered depends on experiences.
