Responsibilities:

• To promote insurance products at branches i.e. maximize bancassurance business, execute related department strategies and business plans
• To drive marketing programs as well as optimize sales preparation and operations
• To monitor sales performance, identify problems, if any, and provide relevant solutions

• 管理分行服務環境以確保卓越理財高資產淨值客戶的滿意度
• 管理客戶個人保險組合以確保其對我們服務的高度滿意
• 與經驗豐富的客戶經理合作，透過了解客戶的財富管理需求，介紹合適的保險解決方案
• 負責客戶經理團隊的活動規劃，與客戶經理合作實現業務目標
• 實施有效策略，提高卓越理財市場團隊的生產力
• 與客戶經理建立緊密工作關係
• 提供專業財富管理服務，如定期財務檢閱，以確保財富管理解決方案可滿足客戶需求

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years' experience in bancassurance/insurance business in banks, financial institutions or insurance companies
• Insurance related license are required, including Hong Kong Securities and Investment Institute Paper 1,7,8 and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination Paper 1,2,3,5
• Solid experience in selling insurance products
• Sound knowledge of insurance products and good business sense
• Independent, self-motivated and effective team player as well as leader with positive working attitude
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to work under pressure
• Strong sales, organization, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• More experience will be considered as Senior Management Role / Team Leader Role

• 持大專或大學學位，金融、商業本科或相關學科更佳
• 具豐富人壽保險經驗，以銀行保險為佳
• 具豐富財富管理及保險產品知識
• 需持有相關保險牌照，包括證券及期貨從業員資格考試卷一、七、八，及保險中介人資格考試卷一、二、三、五
• 操良好英語及粵語，懂普通話更佳
• 善於溝通，具良好的人際技巧及行動力
