Responsibilities:

• Responsible to manage a team and maintain policy operation processes and procedures
• Operate internal process changes to enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of premium receipt, policy payment and journal bookings
• Maintain team members work schedules e.g. provide assignments and training
• Perform operational flows review and implement improvement to the team
• As a reviewer to manage payments, receipts and journals

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in accounting/ finance/ business management or related discipline
• 6 years+ of experience in accounting and/or audit field
• Life insurance or general insurance work experience is highly preferred
• Deep technical knowledge in accounting with professional qualification, such as HKICPA or equivalent
