Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities 
  • Relationship manage and co-ordinate support for enquiries related to COVID-19. this may involve co-ordinating multiple HR specialists to resolve complex enquiries and issues
  • Support people managers and employees in navigating complex people challenges across the spectrum of HR Services with coaching and advice to help resolve the challenges, especially around COVID
  • Support and encourage the Change journey for People managers around HR Processes especially around adoption of Systems and tools relating to COVID-19 status and vaccination reporting. 
  • Support understanding of how HR products and services are received to continuously improve the overall workforce experience by using case and knowledge management tools to identify trends in the questions and challenges colleagues have.
  • Identify improvements to make HR services and products (and the supporting policies and processes) even better for the workforce based on data from case and knowledge management tools
  • Support Senior Managers in the organization to deal effectively with people issues during the pandemic by preparing management reports and updates in a timely manner
 Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications     
  • 3+ years Human Resources or Customer Service experience
  • Must be proficient in verbal and written English.  Cantonese proficiency is preferable but not a must.  
  • Must be customer focused and have the ability to thrive in a remote team environment
  • Accurate and detail conscious, confidently seeking clarification and explanation.
  • Self-starter with a "can-do”, customer focused approach who can learn quickly from experience.
  • 5-day working week and flexibility to cover weekends and public holidays
