About This Role…

• Provide Account Management support to brands and retailers including internal business stakeholders. Working closely with in-country compliance teams, the Senior Manager will ensure that customers’ requirements are well understood by vendors and suppliers’ performance meet both Li & Fung and Customer codes of conduct.
• Manage Hub and Local Vendor Compliance teams to ensure service quality and efficient operations align with customer expectations.
• Manage compliance related 3rd party operations to ensure service quality and efficient operations align with customer expectations.
• Manage Customers’ Compliance Programs, including Social Compliance, Supply Chain Security Compliance, Environmental Compliance, audit report/CAP review, and monitor KPIs.
• Identify areas for improvement and work with suppliers/factories to drive positive impact and KPI enhancement.
• Train and educate suppliers/factories to build self-monitoring capacity to foster performance improvement through Vendor Ownership Program.
• Review complaints, concerns, or questions related to compliance and sustainability providing consultative support for both internal and external stakeholders
• Support senior management to develop, align and implement global compliance and sustainability strategies and initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management 

You might be a good fit if you have …

• Degree Holder in any discipline
• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience with at least 2 years in managerial level
• Experience in policy implementation, survey benchmarking, and analysis and vendor compliance in buying/trading Office or manufacturing Industry
• In-depth knowledge of auditing to codes of conduct (amfori BSCI), manufacturing experience and practices (hardline factories)
• Able to work under pressure, results oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
• Ability to build strong relationships with the team as a good team leader, communicate effectively with internal and external parties
• Strong problem-solving skills.  Able to multiple tasks
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Literate in Microsoft office programs
• Frequent travel is required
