You will be responsible for maintaining and implementing Quality Management System across APAC to ensure continuous improvement in pharmaceutical products.

Description

• Maintain and implement Quality Management System across APAC
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to meet the change implementation timelines
• Support quality documentation control
• Handle customer and distribution complaint and liaise for complaint investigation and issue complaint report
• Maintain deviation and CAPA register
• Work independently with the cross functional teams to ensure the artwork changes meets the required standard in the artwork management system
• Ensure all artwork change is completed professionally
• Liaise with supply team on artwork change and implementation timelines
• Handle ad hoc projects as required

Profile

• Bachelor Degree in life science related disciplines
• 1-2 years QA experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• Experience in artwork management is highly beneficial
• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work proactively and independently
• Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese communications skills
