Job Description

• Develop, lead and execute digital marketing initiatives in line with corporate strategies, brand positioning and company objectives
• Manage and analysis different marketing agencies, service providers and channels to drive the best performance
• Closely work with management and provide insights and suggestions for continual improvements and optimizations by conducting market research of digital best practices
• Track digital performance and establish social listening of brand and projects, and provide improvement plans
• Maintain existing CMS and analyse database with observations and recommendations to senior management
• Plan, manage and effectively allocate marketing budget to drive high quality and low cost leads
• Support the execution of brand guidelines while adhering to brand standards and quality, and update internal teams with digital best practices
• Monitor and report relevant industry news, trends, events and opportunities
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

 Job Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing or related discipline
• Over 10 years’ experience in marketing with 5 years in a digital agency or real estate developer is preferred
• Experience with digital project management, website management, media buy and KOL management
• Strong knowledge in Hong Kong and China's social media channels
• Strong communication skills are required to direct involved parties to maintain brand standards and collaborate with internal teams
• Strong organization skills, be resourceful and innovative
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Basic proficiency with Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator /In design, audio and video editing software, and Google Analytics
