Job Description:
- Assist senior management in conducting marketing research and develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns
- Pilot marketing projects and develop tool or collateral, including company website enhancement, social media accounts management, videos, or article release to facilitate the product promotion process
- Accountable for marketing KPI and provide advise on channel partner incentive programs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and channel partners to promote whole selling cycle including lead generation, proposal preparation, presentation and contract negotiations
- Measure program effectiveness and provide insights for future business development planning
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing, IT or related disciplines
- 5 years relevant B2B Marketing or Business Development experience in IT, preferably with channel marketing or technology product distributor experience
- Able to turn data into actionable insights
- Passionate in IT industry and enthusiastic to serve as pioneer in learning data protection or security solutions technology
- Self-starter with good communication, negotiation, collaboration and analytical skills
- Good command in spoken and written in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
- 5-day work week
