• Establish and maintain long-term relationship with key customers
• Develop long-term growth strategy and achieve financial target
• Assist the supervisor to identify customers’ needs and provide the best solutions to the customers
• Maintain regular contact and develop new business with existing customers
• Handle customers’ enquiries and achieve professional standard
• Follow up on key customers sales leads
• Develop mutually beneficial commercial engagement with clients and contract management
• Handle ad hoc project as assigned

• Degree holder in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or other relevant disciplines
• 1 or 2 years in relevant logistics/forwarding experience is preferred and Candidate with less experience will be considered
• Demonstrate sound project management skills with strong senses of business acumen
• Customer-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good Command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant
