• Champion and drive our brand equity both internally and with clients and partners.
• Oversee the strategic marketing plans and budget / P&L
• Oversee the growth (retention and activation) and acquisition campaigns to acquire new users, retain and activate existing users, develop a sustainable customer ecosystem
• Track and analyse the performance of the product with conversion funnel metrics
• Develop and lead the annual marketing calendar and strategies, including performance marketing, social media community engagement and content creation, SEO, SEM, paid ads, etc.
• Oversee the annual branding and advertising campaigns, including events (e.g. roadshows, promotional activities, etc.) traditional advertising (e.g. TVC, OOH media, print, etc.), public relations activities (e.g. KOL, media coverage, etc.)
• Work closely with related external partners to develop strategic partnerships and event sponsorships

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Operations or any related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital sales / acquisition, all-rounded branding & marketing gained from digital / app / internet-driven companies or consumer brands
• Good knowledge across marketing, including brand marketing, PR, content management, digital marketing & performance marketing.
• Deep knowledge on internet and startup eco-system
• Excellent stakeholder management, team leading and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
