Job Description
Responsibilities :
Requirements :
- Assist in planning and running annual art competition and scholarship; organize and handle youth art activities and events
- Handle logistics of execution and implementation, prepare budget and source quotations, check work done and process payments
- Conduct research on art pieces
- Other ad hoc assignments
Requirements :
- Degree in Fine Arts/Creative Arts, Business or related disciplines
- 4 to 5 years’ experience in arts administration, marketing or public relations
- Exposure to event management / youth education an added advantage
- Well organized and detail-minded
- A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and PhotoShop
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
