Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and implementation of sales strategies and marketing activities for residential projects
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Assist in the preparation of price list, sales brochure, advertising materials and launch documents
- Assist in selection of media firms, contractors and suppliers
- Assist in design and setting up of show flats and sales office
- Attend and monitor daily operation of the sales office and show flats
- Work with different business associates such as solicitors, advertising agents, designers, contractors, and estate agents to ensure the smooth launch of sales projects
- Liaise & work with property agents for marketing & sales activities
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholder for all sales & marketing works and activities
- Prepare regular sales and marketing report for development projects
Requirements
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Marketing, Surveying or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 - 3 years’ relevant experience in property field or related industry
- Working experience in property developer will be an advantage
- Outgoing, self-motivated and independent
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Familiar with The Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
- Familiar with MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Candidate with less experience can be considered as sales & marketing officer
