Responsibility: 

• Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing plans, affiliate programs and BTL promotions to improve member acquisition and retention.
• Work closely with operations team and internal department to prepare marketing collaterals and roll out marketing and promotion tools smoothly and effectively
• Analyze and review the performance and effectiveness of promotion programs
• Analyze business trends, customer purchasing behavior and consumer insights
• Accountable for sales target, A&P budget control and sales analysis
• Responsible for any ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in brand or product management
• Experience in CRM and social platform is preferred
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible, can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good communication skills to both external and internal parties
• Fluency in written Chinese and English, spoken English and Cantonese Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Strong analytical skills and number sense
