Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • To develop and implement a communications and community engagement strategy and work plans for family-related project such as Child Protection Project, including a social medical strategy.
  • To be responsible for the development of all publications content such as newsletter/e-newsletter, media of Child Protection Project or other family-related services or projects.
  • To update and manage digital media platforms i.e. website/Facebook/IG to ensure content is posted regularly, accurately and engages with target audiences.
  • To be responsible for the management and maintenance of mailing and contact lists to ensure accurate data is available for the distribution of communication materials.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years relevant experience of working in communications.
  • Excellent written and spoken in both Chinese and English, with solid Chinese and English editing and writing skills.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to contribute to a culture of collaboration and team work in a diverse environment.
  • Passion and dedication to the cause.
  • Passionate in family or children work would be an advantage.
