Job Responsibilities:

l   With a particular focus in digital communications and content creation, this position assists in all editorial responsibilities relating to school publications, circulars, marketing and media material, as well as digital content required to support all social and online platforms of the school;

Manage all school portals and communications platforms;

Multi-media content creation and editing;  

Participate in school, media and public events;

Internal and external coordination and relations with stakeholders and vendors;  

News monitoring and alert;

Handling of general enquiries;

Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Communications and other line managers; and

Align with and contribute to the overall strategic goals of the Communications and Community Office.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Communications, Journalism, Translation or related disciplines;

Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing communications is preferable;

Digital marketing skills and experience;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);

Willing to work overtime or weekends if required; and

Well organized, self-motivated and a learner and a good team player.
