Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Take the lead to develop brand and product marketing strategies and activities for brand building
- Drive sales performance through the point of sales & visual elements that support brand direction and strengthen brand’s presentation at retail level
- Develop local KOL and PR strategies, digital media, retail marketing animations and CRM programs to support global strategic product launches
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders for brand sustainable growth
- Report to Managing Director / Division Manager who base in Taiwan
- Control and implement the approved budgets and set priority on usage
- Supervise planning, executions, and evaluating of brand and customer campaigns
- Liaise closely with sales and trade marketing departments to optimize brand resources and ensure smooth coordination of the marketing & sales activities
- Take lead to both brand, product & retail marketing
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Passionate about well-being and lifestyle advocate

- University Graduate in Marketing or Operations Management
- 5 years related experience in retail industry, preferably in health/ beauty background
- Excellent in spoken and written in Chinese and fluent in English and Mandarin
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, customer-focused and task-oriented
- A strong team player with good interpersonal and people management skills
- Analytical, outgoing, enthusiastic & passionate
- Willing to work under pressure & face new challenges
- Candidate with more experience will consider as Brand Manager
