• Oversee and execute promotional activities for different projects, including anchor events such as the Hong Kong International TV and Film Market (FILMART) and signature campaigns.
• Recruit quality Hong Kong and overseas buyers/ participants to join local/overseas events
• Understand the business matching requirement of all recruited participants and line up business matching appointments
• Manage and coordinate data input for event virtual platform
• Liaise and coordinate with HKTDC Branch Offices and external parties such as industry institutions, business associations, vendors, etc.
• Handle and supervise the logistical issues such as delegates travel, venue setup and information preparation, etc.
• Provide on-site support and other administrative support as and when necessary

Requirements:

• A recognised university degree with at least 5 years’ working experience, preferably with sizable organisations, in any of the following areas: sales and marketing; exhibition/event organisation or public/corporate relations, etc.
• Mature with superior skills in sales, marketing and communication
• Self-motivated and outgoing with good project planning ability
• A strong team player with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
• Innovative, flexible and be able to deliver under time and resource pressure
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Strong inclination and understanding of Hong Kong economy, trade and business arena;
• Knowledge of film and entertainment sectors and previous experience in organising exhibition and/or conference an added advantage
