Job Description
The position will fit for those who have 5+ solid experience in marketing program planning and execution, esp on business / banking & finance area. People that have experience in awards, business seminars and events, marketing campaign planning and execution, digital initiatives will be suitable.
Responsibilities
- In charge of our yearly awards, rejuvenate the image, strengthen our market recognition, and drive profit growth
- Drive registered members growth for key segments, and subscription base for our website, app and magazine. Members acquisition and CRM.
- Develop programs to grow and activate our key segment of investment lovers, property lovers, executive level and wealth segment.
- Launch new initiatives and campaign that can raise our market awareness and have sales opportunities including seminars/webinar on various trending business topics on investment, technology, management & leadership, SME etc
- Line up good opportunities and media partnership to allow our brand to have more presence and awareness among middle to top management.
- Lead the brand activation and marketing execution, work with different parties including content team, video team, sales and account servicing, etc to well deliver the activations (including awards, events, webinars, sharing session, luncheon, forum, etc)
- Degree holder, 5+ years marketing experience. Candidates with Account Servicing background in advertising agency or digital agency will also be relevant.
- Track record in organizing awards, business seminars, startup programs, etc
- Experience in marketing planning and execution in the finance / business / startup area is a plus.
- Experience in membership growth, database & CRM, app downloads will have advantage
- Resourceful and creative
- Good project management skills. Well-organized, attention to details and follow through execution.
- Strong interpersonal skills that are able to work well with different teams.
- Self-motivated showing strong sense of ownership and able to work under pressure.
