Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
• 6 years’ relevant experience in marketing and rewards management of loyalty program
• Experience in partnership with brands, trade partners, agencies and vendors
• Dynamic and able to cope with fast-paced working environment
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Responsibilities:

• Identifying potential partnership opportunities and sourcing & managing gifts & incentives for “The Point”, our Group’s integrated mall loyalty program
• Coordinate with internal marketing team to make partnership collateral and launch marketing campaigns
• Ensure smooth digital and redemption customers’ experience
• Prepare evaluation reports and analytics
