Job Description
- Assist in designing and producing printed & online marketing materials/ newsletters/ publications; producing videos
- Assist in organizing PR and promotional events/campaign, such as seminars, presentation ceremonies
- Assist in revamping website and developing a new online platform
- Assist in copywriting and translation of newsletters, brochures, leaflets etc
- Liaise and communicate with different parties in various projects
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in Creative Media/ Design/ Communication/ Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in PR and Event Marketing, Design & Publication, Video Production and Copy-writing;
- Knowledge and experience of in-house design/ video production/ Photography is an advantage but not necessary;
- Proactive, organized, detail-minded, able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadline;
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
