Responsibilities:

• Responsible for public affairs, community relations, corporate communications, crisis management and corporate branding
• Plan, organize and manage PR events
• Write, edit and translate communications materials in Chinese and English
• Prepare communications literature, including but not limited to press releases, speeches, line-to-take, newsletter and media reports
• Maximize publicity by creative marketing and advertising campaigns, and maintaining effective communication with local and overseas media
• Work closely with appointed PR agencies in organizing and implementing publicity campaigns and projects
• Develop, build and maintain strong relationships with media, internal and external stakeholders
• Handle Ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in PR / Journalism / Communications / Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of relevant and solid experience in public relations, event management and corporate communications
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong media networks; good working connections with political parties and KOLs/influencers would be a great advantage
• A good team player with strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills
• Self-motivated, multi-tasking and be able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
