Scope of Duties: 

• Work in a team to execute communications strategy to promote and protect the HAECO brand
• Prepare communications materials including updating of corporate information, marketing collaterals, social media messages, press releases, etc
• Maintain relationships with trade media to amplify HAECO stories through interviews with senior management or key subject officers as well as contribute to topics of interest
• Engage with internal stakeholders and external agencies on content management and production for mainstream and digital media
• Assist in event management, including logistics for trade shows, corporate activities and media interviews
• Support issues management and crisis communications efforts to minimise reputational risk
• Monitor media and analyse communications efforts on owned channels
• Support company CSR programmes or community activities
• Perform ad hoc duties/assignments as required

Requirements: 

• Recognised university degree
• 4-5 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing communications, PR agencies or related fields preferred
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Detail-minded, good organisational skills and the ability to take up projects independently
• Able to work effectively with internal and external parties at all levels
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in multimedia tools is an advantage
