Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis on our website performance, develop strategies to drive traffic and increase conversion rates
• Create the right mix of high quality and tech-related marketing content to support the B2B and B2C sales team
• Support overall content marketing development of GL.iNet by creating, including webpages, eDMs, videos, blog posts & social media posts
• Coordinate with multiple teams to prepare marketing materials for new product launches
• Analyse market trends & competitor product successes, achieving growth in engagement and increasing diversity of audiences.
• Analyse and interpret consumer behaviours and trends to provide actionable insights
• Test and measure the Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) of growth tests conducted with content and copywriting variables
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and produce regular reports
• Lead ideation for new channel opportunities
• Support day-to-day maintenance of organic and paid channels

Requirements: 

• 3+ years experience with digital marketing channels, such as email, social, search, video & display advertising
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong attention to details
• Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight
• Experience in B2B marketing is preferred, but not necessarily
• Proficiency in using the following software: SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Mailchimp, ZOHO Suite, Google Ad Manager & Meta Business Suite
• Short notice preferred
