Responsibilities:

• Specialise in planning and executing e-commerce marketing initiatives, such as customer relationship management, event and advertising, etc.
• Manage e-commerce operations including order processing, product checking and logistics with relevant departments
• Assist in customer enquiries, order tracking, online payment and refund issues
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure excellent execution of e-commerce marketing initiatives
• Review e-Commerce site performance and recommend optimization strategies
• Explore new business channel and develop new market
• Develop short- and long-term digital strategy and roadmap in line with branding and affiliate strategy 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, preferably in eCommerce, business, marketing, IT or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably with exposure to Cross-border e-commerce platform such as T-mall, JD.com or WeChat Mini program
• Experience in preparing online marketing materials
• Strong marketing sense and great passion for Internet industry
• Thorough understanding of eCommerce operating system and policy requirements
• Extensive knowledge of online marketing strategies and technologies
• Knowledge in web programming tools, such as ASP and HTML etc, is an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility, enthusiastic approach and excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• A good team player with solid interpersonal skill to deal with both internal parties and external partners including sales, agencies, production house and designers
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin
