Platform Growth Manager

Role and Responsibility:

Platform Growth Strategy

  • Collaborate with wider stakeholders, lead and drive marketing and community strategies across the company from platform growth to audience retention and engagement
  • Design and launch initiatives achieving lead conversion, engagement, and retention metrics as well as brand awareness building
  • Set out an effective strategic marketing and campaign plan and performance measurement metrics that aligns to the wider business goals
  • Oversee platform marketing channels and other social, distribution channels that breeds a thriving community
  • Provide strategic input on all digital content and campaign
  • Work closely with cross-marketing teams to create a best-in-class integrated customer journey leading new customers to ongoing engagement and increasing stickiness. Review campaign roadmaps and prioritization of implementations based on data analysis
  • Lead the execution of key digital strategies including digital media, SEO, SEM, programmatic targeting, digital content and analyze metrics to deliver insightful reports that demonstrate traffic growth impact

CRM & Data analytics

  • Optimize Marketing Performance - Collects and interprets data to measure performance against goals to drive continuous improvement and inform agile business decision-making
  • Develop customer journey map and optimize engagement based on platform analytics
  • Collaborate with data & insight team to analyze the performance of digital channels, understand consumers’ behavior at various stages of the lifecycle to develop insight-based engagement programs
  • With the usage of data and analytics, identify and see growth opportunities and develop winning formula

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Elite university graduate in Data Science, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 8+ years of relevant experience from platform business or prominent CRM programs
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, with a desire to pioneer strategic imaginative approaches, results & profit-oriented
  • Strong business mindset and data analysis skills, project management skills in the areas of growth hacking
  • Experiences in growth hacking for consumer platform / mobile based business in HK or in Greater China
  • Experienced in formulating cost effective lead and conversion strategy including search marketing, social marketing, membership, partnership, referral program
  • Sounds understanding of customer experience and best-in-class UI/UX development
  • Strong collaborative leadership with excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Strategic and conceptual thinker with demonstrated experiences in brand building and positioning
  • Fluency in both English and Cantonese
