THE ROLE

You are responsible for managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and supporting new customer acquisition. You will be a strong collaborator with the ability to get things done fast.

• Develop and execute multiple campaigns at any one time to achieve the acquisition targets.
• Work with various teams and transform commercial needs into marketing materials, working closely with the broader marketing team.
• Ensure projects are delivered timely and accurately, while fulfilling the planned target KPI.
• Provide post campaign reports and analysis that identify insights, learnings, and future recommendations.
• Develop campaign brief, advertising and copy, ensuring user insights, past learnings and best practice are applied.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis for useful insights and latest trends.
• Maintain accuracy on advertisements and daily marketing operations.

• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or related field
• 1- 2 years of marketing experience, ideally campaign management and digital media planning experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of web analytics tools, social media marketing applications and digital display marketing platforms 
• The ability to adapt quickly to the fast-paced environment, as a proactive team player with innovative ideas
• Positive attitude and ability to work with suggestions and feedback from multiple parties in a fast-paced environment.
