Our client, a Chinese based bank is now urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:-

• Lead a team to build different customer journeys to improve customers satisfaction
• Identify business opportunities by leveraging big data
• Analyze data to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing, sales, network optimization and business strategies
• Define appropriate business and marketing campaign metrics
• Lead strategic projects with internal and external business partners to extend customer base and increase product penetration
• Conduct analysis on market trends and customer needs / behaviour in order to formulate business plans for customer acquisition, cross-selling, up-selling, customer loyalty enhancement, retention, etc
• Participate in digital marketing / App design and development
• Work closely with product team to design / recommend the product portfolio to specific customer segment
• Drive marketing programs to achieve the business targets and maximize business result

Requirements:-

• A university degree in Marketing or related disciplines
• A minimum of 10 years relevant experience in marketing and segment management in banking industry
• Strong business senses, proven ability to drive business results with analytics insights
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good in people management and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
