Main Job Responsibility:

• Responsibility for the overall management or co-ordination of medium to large scale exhibition projects from start to finish

• Oversee project quality throughout the entire process - from design, production to delivery stages

• Monitor project progress and examine, research and resolve issues

• Create project plans, assess risk, and help manage design & technical team to successful project completion

• Financially accountable for the whole project; define the scope of work, planning cost proposals and timelines as well as forecast budgets and track in-team and external spendings

• Confident to negotiate with client to reach a mutually beneficial position on finance and project deliverables

• Add value through creative feedback and strategic insights through innovative approach to problem solving; not being afraid to use this to challenge the in-team and client as required; uncover potential opportunities within the current workstreams

• Coordinate with end client, internal parties, external vendors and subcontractors

• Provide off-site support where required

• Support production producers through the discovery and design process to arrive at a business/technical specification that working team can execute upon demonstration of knowledge of digital architecture, user experience, design and content

Requirements:

• 5-8 years experience on managing projects in the field of Museum/ Exhibition/ Multimedia or other relevant streams

• Knowledge of construction/ fitting-out/ fabrication, AV and multimedia

• Proven ability to manage medium to large scale exhibition projects with multimedia and technological deliverables

• Strong project management, manpower and budget management, communication, problem-solving and administrative skills

• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skill in English, Cantonese & Mandarin

• Motivated in exploring and learning new knowledge in a fast-paced environment

• Creative & Outgoing

• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
